Swimming and Liken' it too!!!!!!!!

This is pretty cool. Mom is bringing me my juice in the pool.
Feeling relaxed and drinking too!
Just floating around with my juice and my boat. Could life get any better?
Dad is making a waterfall for mommy and me.

This could get ugly. At least I know enough to close my eyes and mom is doing her best to protect me.

More swimming pictures

Ok! dad you just got mom and me drenched.
Can't believe I thought that was fun.
This is really fun riding on daddy's back.
Wow, I just slipped a little!

Carter Swimming

This is when he first got in and wasn't really feeling that secure yet. Don't worry, Auntie Laura bought him a swimsuit with floaties right in it and Grandma bought him a life jacket that lets him float and keeps his head above water and a boat that he can sit in and float around.
Grandma caught Carter locating his favorite thing, an airplane flying overhead. He just loves them.
He's feeling a little more comfortable here and almost thinks he can swim on his own. Good thing we installed a locking gate!!!!!!!!!
Almost time to get out now. We are getting eaten alive.
Mom, has me wrapped up in two towels to keep me warm. Next time we'll get pictures of me on daddy's back swimming across the pool. What fun!

Sear's Tower

It was overcast and raining so we didn't go to the observation deck. Instead we went to visit Uncle Andy where he works. It is on the 54th floor so that was pretty high. I loved looking out the windows.
I was so comfortable about being that high up. See I am smiling.
Mom was just making sure that I was able to sit down here. I just loved it!

Uncle Andy took us around to all the different views. I saw the lake, boats, the river and buildings. But no planes because it was raining. Grandma just loves this picture of me with my reflection. I can't wait to go back down on a sunny day to see Uncle Andy.

Sear's Tower Visit more picts

So here I am with Uncle Andy sitting at his desk.
I was scheduling a deposition for next week.
Hope I got all that information down correctly!
Grandma just had to put this one in because of my little teeth showing.

Wow, what a day. It sure is hard to run around the entire 54th floor. Glad I have been able to rest here.

Carter and "The Box"

Just like every little kid, Carter loved playing with this cardboard box. Grandpa threw a ball in the box, and Carter went right in to get the ball.
He was so proud of himself that he got the ball. this was a picture I just couldn't resist. Look at that smile. He is so precious, but then I am certainly biased.
Grandpa was amazed that he figured out how to back out of the box and didn't flinch!
He wants Maggie to come back in with him, so he is motioning for the ball so he can throw it to the back.
Here he is just laughing with pure delight. Of course, we saved the box for next time! Hope this brings back childhood memories for everyone.

Carter and his water table

Grandma bought this for me when she saw how much I liked playing with the water fountain.
Wow, dad, Bailey and Collin are all excited about this too!
Mom is helping me splash around and play with my boats.
Hey, dad stop squirting me with water from the hose! Gracie, Uncle Andy help me. I'll remember this dad.
Good thing it's hot out, I am all wet. Dad is filling up the water table again, so I am on my way there.
